How We Ship Your Wax Melt and Bath Bomb Clamshells and Tarts

The wax melt, bath bomb, reed diffuser, and candle packaging products available on our website come prepackaged in cartons containing the number of pieces you selected. When you purchase an item, we pull that carton and send it out. This allows us to get your order together and shipped out quickly. This does mean that, in most cases, we do not combine items into a single box.

To get the most affordable shipping for your order, we regularly run our cartons through multiple carriers to find the best rates. We calculate and program our rates by region. If the amount you pay for shipping ends up being more than what we end up paying, we refund you the difference.

If you go to checkout and believe that the shipping rate is too expensive, email your order details and shipping information to brad@cindarn.com and we will investigate and see if there is anything that can be done to get the shipping cost down.

We are also more than happy to arrange shipping through accounts that you have with any of the carriers. Email brad@cindarn.com with the information and we will make the arrangements.
